Operations Manager (Organics Recycling)
About the Role
Due to significant recent investment and the installation of a new processing system, we are seeking an experienced Organics Manager to lead our organic waste and composting operations at our Forth facility.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll take ownership of a newly enhanced operation, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient processing while driving performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
This is a key operational leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient processing of organic materials, while driving performance, continuous improvement, and supporting commercial growth.
Skills
Desirable
Experience with composting systems or similar processing environments
Knowledge of PAS100 standards
Commercial awareness or experience supporting sales
