Hear from Our Team

” I can honestly say I love working here, the team and the job are great. I have been here for over 15 years and I have had many development opportunities in that time. I am now in a management role, the company believed in me and are putting me through management training to help support me in my role.

My team are what motivates me, I took over a brand new facility, the challenge was empowering and being able to build a team and help mentor and develop them has given me great job satisfaction, I am looking forward to many more years with the company “

Scott Graham, Container MRF

Working at Levenseat on my master project last summer really opened my eyes to the many careers within the resource management industry.

Being able to join Levenseat’s graduate training programme has been a dream come true, as an engineer, you want to work for a company that is brave enough to invest in new technology and lead the way.

Levenseat is truly innovative and I am excited about getting involved in the many projects that are coming up.

Keir Bailie, Graduate

Levenseat put me through my Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) licence, I would say this has probably been the most rewarding part of my overall Levenseat experience … I have had many development opportunities including completing an NVQ for the Manitou and gaining my shovel tickets

Scott Reid, Concrete Supervisor

I have sat both my NVQ and my MQPC since starting, both are great achievements and I was glad of the opportunities. I went on to supervise the sorting line and my confidence grew as a result, I was so pleased to have been given the role and have the chance to take on more responsibility.

Knowing that my employer believes in me really helped my confidence.

I have now moved on to supervise the Wash Plant, it’s been challenging and rewarding

Krzystof Warchol, Wash Plant Supervisor
