The Levenseat Trust

The Levenseat Trust was established in 1997 and undertakes and supports projects, in accordance with the regulations laid down by Revenue Scotland & SEPA, in general aimed at improving the environment for the benefit of local people. The Trust is a registered charity and an Approved Body registered with SEPA.

Acorn Awards

The Levenseat Trust’s run an annual school competition where 12 local primary schools compete in a project, with a new topic being chosen every year

Small Grant Fund: The Trust supported the future vision group & funded some much needed landscaping equipment 

The Mood Project

MOOD promotes positive mental health and wellbeing activities for adults in West Lothian. The trust helped to fund a new defibrillator

The Haven

Located in Forth the Haven provides support to people affected by a range of life limiting illnesses

Our Ladys School

Small grants fund: The Trust provided funds to help towards the refurbishment of a new playgound

New play park

New flood lighting for a community outdoor MUGA pitch, part funded by the Levenseat Trust

Educational Visits

We regular host visits from schools, colleges & universities as well as community groups such as the local community councils.

Having the chance to see exactly what happens to your waste is a real educational experience and a great tool for community engagement.
