Over two days last week, the judging panel from The Levenseat Trust board began the Acorn Awards judging process by visiting several local primary schools, including Auchengray, Braehead, Forth, Stoneyburn, Our Lady’s (Stoneyburn), Addiewell and St Thomas’s, Woodmuir (Breich), Longridge, and St John the Baptist (Fauldhouse). Falla Hill (Fauldhouse) will be judged at a later date.
This year’s theme, “Outdoor Learning Development at Your School,” inspired the panel, who were impressed by the variety of innovative projects the schools have undertaken.
The big Awards Day will take place on 20th November 2025 at Longridge Community Centre.
