Levenseat has launched its first ever graduate training programme, the initiative is a 1 year programme and will start with a placement within each department before provide in-depth training in the following areas: Engineering Design, regulatory knowledge, business development, commercial knowledge, project/business management. 

Our first graduate is Keir Baillie, from Forth, South Lanarkshire, Kier’s official title is Process Engineer and he commented “Working at Levenseat on my master project last summer really opened my eyes to the many careers within the resource management industry. Being able to join Levenseat’s graduate training programme has been a dream come true, as an engineer, you want to work for a company that is brave enough to invest in new technology and lead the way, Levenseat is truly innovative and I am excited about getting involved in the many projects that are coming up”

We will provide training for all of the skills and knowledge needed to provide a good grounding for a career in the waste management sector.

The graduate training programme is part of Levenseat’s long term vision and commitment to its strategic value  ‘A great place to work’ and our belief that there are many routes to success; whether through formal apprenticeships or on-the-job-training. It is one of the many initiatives planned under this particular strategic value. The programme also reflects Levenseat’s ambition to broaden access to the waste and resource sector.
